You will be translating product objectives into technical execution, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high‑quality engineering outcomes that directly influence product capability, performance and compliance.
You will be responsible for delivering engineering activities that develop engines to meet performance and emissions targets, supported by structured test work. The role has direct impact on product performance, compliance, and overall market desirability.
You will report to our Test Manager full-time in our Testing unit in Stone, Staffordshire.
You will develop and direct the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans.
You will be responsible for the testing activities and both reviewing and evaluating test requirements to ensure the test program is completed.
You should have mechanical/hydraulic/electrical (preferred) experience along with onsite industry exposure and experience of leading a small team. Experience with pumps and understand the fundamentals of pumping.
