You will ideally have: Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Senior Team Leader within retail or hospitality A strong results-driven mindset, with a passion for high standards and exceptional customer service Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly learn procedures and communicate clearly

You must have excellent communication skills and demonstrates a coaching management style, being clear, open and honest.
