You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of SIPP Administrators to ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of Self-Invested Personal Pensions. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with people management, process oversight, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
You will provide managerial, operational and strategic leadership to a team of qualified and non-qualified staff across the service accounting function.
You will support services across the council to deliver their priorities by providing high quality financial management information and professional advice to budget managers.
You will be responsible for delivering your teams performance and driving quality assurance in line with company and the Financial Conduct Authority processes and standards. Your role will also focus on coaching, motivation and team productivity while providing feedback and insight on complaints root cause and recommending solutions to help reduce complaints volumes to all stakeholders.
