You will oversee team operations and mentor Baristas, ensuring high service standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who tackles challenges creatively. You will be responsible for overseeing the resourcing, organising and supervising of the transport activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire a Large Team You'll manage a team of around 40 people, including drivers and transport office staff.
