You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of governance, client outcomes, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the accurate and timely processing of daily fund operations, including NAV calculations, income distributions, cash movements, capital activity, and expense postings.
You will oversee data across systems including MRI Asset and Sava Intelligent Energy, providing insights that shape investment decisions, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver value for money.
You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process
You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards
You will oversee, enhance, and mature our service delivery processes, tools, and structures to ensure we consistently provide high-quality services to our growing customer base. This is a dynamic and evolving role, offering the opportunity to shape how service delivery operates across the business.
