You will be responsible for: Supporting the management function in maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy 'void' periods.

You will be office-based more than the standard 1-2 days per week till training has been completed. This role is entitled to a monthly essential car user (ECU) allowance.

You will support the Site Manager to ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved within appropriate timescales and support effective management of engineers and subcontractors, providing support on technical issues and performance management.

You will hold an NVQ Level 6, First Aid at Work qualification and a SMSTS qualification.

You will manage relationships with important stakeholders including MPs, councillors, the Housing Ombudsman Service and local authorities.

You will lead by example and be confident in your ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works using the NHF schedule of rates.

You will support the Senior Health & Safety Advisor in monitoring contractor safety performance and compliance across all sites, undertaking due diligence checks, audits and site visits when required.

You will be covering patches within the areas of South and South West London. Employees are given an L&Q van for business use. It is essential to have a driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed).

You will be key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and making sure that residents have a home that they’re happy in. You’ll be the primary relationship holder with the residents living in homes on your patch.

You should have a proven track record of building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
