You will work across the company, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to collate information and ensure compliance with data protection obligations.

You will need to provide evidence of eligibility (e.g. a passport or long birth certificate and proof of NI) and current proof of address (dated within the last 3 months), will be required as part of the recruitment process.

You will have working knowledge of computerised payroll software (we use PayCircle and will provide comprehensive training). CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Liaising with clients and entering payroll data from start to finish accurately Reconciling payroll to client data, getting client approval as appropriate and issuing payroll reports & payslips

You will be a confident communicator who has no qualms in picking up the phone to speak with customers (not selling). Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential, and knowledge of Sage systems would be highly desirable.

You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
