You will also oversee a team of Senior support workers ensuring the standards and quality of care provided is the forefront of all workers.

You will work alongside the occupational therapy team and positive behavioural support team. Together you will be expected to maintain and work within CQC regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for contacting existing clients to confirm their attendance at scheduled events and courses, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. This is a process-driven, organised role focused on customer communication and administration.

You will work as part of the finance team, reporting to senior members of the transactional finance function and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

You will work alongside a team of highly professional, dedicated, compassionate individuals, who strive to provide the highest level of service, care and attention. Due to the nature of this role and sensitive working environment, it is essential that the prospective candidate has a keen interest and desire to work within the funeral profession.
