You will manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes, responsible for "cradle to grave" pension administration.

You will check work/peer review, train/mentor junior staff, complex cases and attend client/trustee meetings.

You will be rewarded with a generous salary and excellent benefits package.

You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size.

You will manage all day-to-day activities in relation to your portfolio, as well as supporting the team with their training and development needs.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable in holding senior client meetings. Commercial acumen and leadership experience will be key along with stakeholder management experience and the ability to identify areas of strength and weakness and address any shortcomings in service.
