You will act as a project lead on key assay development programmes, establishing new methodologies, defining performance criteria, and ensuring all work meets clinical and quality standards. Joining and established team, this is a hybrid role, with a 50/50 split of home and site work for surveys and validation of the build along with some overnight stays depending on where you are based.
