You will be based in SHW's East Sussex office, as part of our expanding South Coast Block Management Department, and will be reporting direct to clients and to the Head of the South Coast Block Management department who oversees block management services from both our East Sussex, Crawley/Gatwick, and Brighton offices.
You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
You will provide essential insight that supports senior leadership decision‐making, identify opportunities and mitigate risks, coach a small team, and work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business.
