You will be responsible for creating first patterns using the Gerber system whilst working alongside the designers and seamstresses to ensure garments are produced to the client's expected standards. Ideally, Pattern Cutter's are required to produce first pattern, as well as make any amendments to existing patterns.
You must bring at least 5 years of hands-on pattern cutting experience and profound knowledge of both fit and garment construction methods.
You should be well-versed in both manual and digital pattern cutting techniques and grading, with experience using industry-standard CAD software.
You will be working in a heritage-rich, creatively driven environment where historic design meets contemporary craftsmanship.
You will be preparing, refining, and finalising pattern artworks across wallpapers, textiles, and bespoke surface designs, ensuring they are technically perfect and visually flawless.
You will be supported by a very experienced RVN team Excellent salary up to £60,000 (FTE, DOE)
