You will join our two-site practice, which includes a small "village" vet site in Paulton (near Bristol) and a larger, purpose-built site in Radstock (near Bath). Our facilities include digital X-rays, ultrasound, a comprehensive range of lab equipment, blood machines, operating theatres, and a dedicated dental suite.
You will need: * To have worked in accounts with at least 2 years book-keeping experience * Attention to detail, be able to multi-task. Strong IT skills with very good communication skills * To have knowledge of ERP systems and in particular Unleashed from Access Group; this is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
You will be a key part of the business winning work while maintaining profit margins, supporting the wider internal stakeholder team, and liaising with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare estimates. Attend site visits to undertake surveys.
You will play a key role in ensuring that project information, documentation, and reporting processes are maintained to a high standard, supporting the delivery of successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports (e.g., Readiness Reviews, Site Starts, Variance Reports).
