You will be responsible for optimising workflows, automation, data usability, establishing & maintaining CRM governance, CRM road mapping, CRM Best Practice, and overall CRM strategy. Based on the outskirts of Northampton you MUST have your own transport and be happy to do 4 days a week in the office.

You will have full responsibility for your territory, focusing on customer relationships, sales growth, and competitive positioning.
