You will oversee a growing team of around 20 engineers across mechanical, electronics, and software disciplines, reporting to the CTO and working closely with the Chief Engineer to maintain technical excellence.
You will set the vision, develop strategies, and ensure resources are allocated effectively, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative culture.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical designs meet both functional and safety requirements, while also adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
