You will be responsible for delivering a great shopping experience for our customers, keeping the shelves full and priced – whilst being on hand to confidently answer any toy related questions too with your newly found toy knowledge.

You will not be required to work night shifts.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.
