You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our large customer car park by both directing customers to the appropriate parking areas and by manoeuvring cars as necessary. A helpful and professional manner as well as fantastic customer service skills are essential for this role.
You will be directing customers towards empty car parking spaces, assisting them with loading their vehicles if needed. We will be looking for you to smile and greet customers and do everything possible to make parking simple and easy for customers.
You will be provided with a warm hi-vis jacket, hat and the necessary marshalling equipment.
