You will provide comprehensive social work support within the Corporate Parenting framework, manage a caseload of 8-10 children and young people, act as a senior member of the team, engage in safeguarding court work, and collaborate with other agencies to promote the welfare and safety of children.
You will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide the support and encouragement necessary for students to succeed both academically and personally.
You will have a dedicated consultant with experience in the field themselves to support and work alongside you.
Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school environment. Assist with individualized support, behavior management, and communication with parents.
