You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, child-centred care to infants, children and young people, building trusted relationships with families and ensuring an outstanding patient experience at every visit. Key Responsibilities - Run and manage your own paediatric nurse-led clinics, with GP support available when required
You will be responsible for managing and validating customer financial models, conducting margin and profitability analyses, and developing and monitoring budgets. Your insights will help shape commercial strategies, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the company's overall financial health.
You will also have a pastoral role, being the group leader and key contact for the group of children on the course. There will be an Ultimate Tech Leader and Camp Manager on-site to provide support on care and parent issues. Ideally our Tech Instructors will cover back-to-back courses across a selection of camps in their local area.
