You will act as both a senior engineer and a point of leadership—guiding the team, managing incoming workload, and ensuring service KPIs and processes are consistently met. This is a hands-on position suited to a confident 2nd line engineer who enjoys problem-solving, supporting colleagues, and maintaining clear communication with customers, especially during periods of high demand.

You will have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current legislation with experience of working in a complex, fast paced business.

You will be professionally qualified with membership of IOSH, NEBOSH and / or advanced Health and Safety qualifications.

You will liaise at all levels with ease and integrity, with the ability to influence, including Board level.

You will attend the PLC and Operations Board Meetings and will ensure that accurate minutes are recorded, and statutory obligations are met.

You will be well versed in ensuring that the all the necessary governance is adhered to, but importantly that you can partner on specific corporate projects and give sound commercial legal advice to a privately owned and run business.

You will be responsible for but certainly never limited to: ​Coordinating an extremely active calendar of meetings.

You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities. We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
