You will take ownership of identifying and resolving non-conformances, translating quality system requirements into practical processes, and driving continuous improvement. Working within a small, focused team and reporting to the Quality & EHS Manager, you will help shape the quality culture of a growing, innovative business.

You will work directly with suppliers to improve performance, validate new partners and support purchasing and logistics activities. You will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain for custom-built, engineered-to-order machines, working closely with suppliers to drive quality, delivery and continuous improvement. You will contribute to detailed planning and preparation, before executing commissioning tests as part of a team and analysing results to justify the readiness of HPC units to safely enter commercial operation.

You will hold an engineering degree (or equivalent) and will need experience manufacturing machinery or capital equipment.
