You will see a mix of both registered patients under the care of the service for all routine dentistry, and referrals (typically from GP) who will attend for a one off, particular course of treatment. Many of these patients will require sedation, therefore all clinicians within the service are provided with accredited sedation training, and there will be regular opportunity to utilise these skills.
