You will be accountable for: - Undertaking all servicing requirements of our guests in line with our service standards while taking every opportunity for memorable personalisation
You will complete data analysis at least half termly to identify all families who require intervention by formal action via letter following the Local Authority guidance.
You will organise your own diary which can be flexible to meet the needs of the academy.
You will provide support for pupils across all sites and also support staff with their attendance knowledge and practise.
You will also patrol and monitor the facility, collecting the range balls and baskets. Ideally you will have experience of working in a golf driving range or similar environment, undergone training in manual handling and have excellent communication and customer care skills.
