You will support across two of our services: Gregory House in Workington and Ann House in Cumbria.
You will work on either a permanent basis, spending 3 days per week at the closest service and 2 days at the other, or on a part-time basis at either service.
You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and be requested to design and deliver training.
You will lead Child Protection planning that prioritizes "working with" families rather than "doing to" them.
You will collaborate with schools, police, and health partners to create a holistic safety net for Cumberland's most vulnerable children.
You will meet a mix of team leaders and, where possible, a representative with lived experience of the service.
You will responsible for the H&S of pool users at all times and oversea the operations of the building. Customer service and the cleanliness will be first class and you will respond to customer queries promptly. This role requires an element of Duty Manager cover, therefore you will be open to undertaking required training.
