You will be office based at one of our sites in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. ProPrint Group has a fast‐paced work environment so you must be able to work well within a team and on your own to meet our customers' requirements.

You will be responsible for bid outputs of over £500m per annum. Reporting into existing Bid Team Managers, you will lead your team in the management and production of work‐winning documents.

You will support and produce creative, strategic, solution‐based bid documents, ensuring a compliant, compelling bid that communicates the agreed win strategies and win themes.

You will analyze market trends, sales data, and user insights to optimize product performance and meet sales targets. Cross-functional collaboration is key, especially in managing new product pipelines and implementing product changes. Also, you will support retail sales through strategic planning, compliance, pricing, and promotional initiatives.

You will take shift responsibility for a team of Transport Clerks and Drivers, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to.
