You will support delivery of the London and Herts responsive repairs and maintenance service through effective management of workbook to ensure that locality targets are consistently met. Act as first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that effective case management is undertake and the customer needs are met.
You will also exercise delegated powers to determine applications and to take a project managed approach to teams, leading and mentoring junior colleagues.
You will oversee all stages of the process from initial assessment, through to committee reporting, legal agreements, conditions and appeals.
You will diagnose repairs accurately, carry out remedial work, and ensure communal areas are well-maintained through preparation and decoration tasks. Working closely with the Property Team, you will liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold our Customer Services and Diversity Policies.
You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
You will take ownership of sales targets, develop high-value client relationships, and sell integrated media solutions across digital, print, and events, working closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver commercially successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities
