You will be representing a premium manufacturer with exceptional capability, trusted by leading developers and main contractors.

You will: * Drive new business through networking, site visits, ABI, cold outreach, relationship building and strategic targeting * Engage with major developers and high-value contractors, generating opportunities for six and seven figure packages.

You will lead on the negotiation and execution of new funding arrangements, including the operation of our European Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme, and support our £2.6bn debt portfolio.

You will bring technical expertise, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, education, mixed-use, care homes, healthcare, commercial, and regeneration schemes , with a particular focus on residential developments and Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) .

You will assist the Commercial Solutions Director and estimating team in creating accurate, competitive pricing for building services contracts with a technical background in HVAC and MEP systems, supporting both bids and operations with technical insight and solutions. The role includes asset verification and tagging for cost alignment and requires frequent travel across the UK.
