You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

You will receive a payment equivalent to 12.07% for each hour worked in the period; up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.

You will provide high‑quality, recovery‑focused support to people experiencing mental health crisis, including crisis de‑escalation, while contributing to the day‑to‑day leadership of the service. Youll work alongside service users throughout their time with us, empowering them to build the skills and confidence they need to manage independently.

You will be working in a service with 47 older people with varying levels of care and support needs.

You will join our team providing support to vulnerable adults, working as part of a team in a registered supported living setting for customers with care needs, so experience in a similar role is essential.

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
