You will serve as both a functional and strategic leader, shaping the long-term product vision for BCG’s L&D technology ecosystem. You’ll manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, introduce AI-powered workflows, and drive adoption across a complex global organization.
You will collaborate with HR squad members to ensure user stories and artifacts meet the needs of the Product Owner, and key stakeholders.
You will use your deep knowledge of staffing applications and business process to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.
You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. Your work will span process optimization, system enhancement, and change management - all while collaborating with a global network of HR professionals.
You will collaborate closely with POPX colleagues and POP leadership to provide functional expertise and insights, and to build scalable analytical capabilities that support BCG’s people and organization agenda.
