You will work closely with colleagues to provide one-to-one support, encourage collaboration, identify gaps and opportunities, and help ensure that organisations working with children and young people in Barnet are supported to thrive.
You will work closely with senior BD leaders and product teams to help progress partnerships from early conversations through to launch. This is a hands-on role for someone who is commercially curious, organised, and comfortable operating across multiple products.
You will act as a project lead on key assay development programmes, establishing new methodologies, defining performance criteria, and ensuring all work meets clinical and quality standards. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help translate novel imaging approaches into robust, compliant assays ready for clinical and commercial use.
