You will take responsibility for the teams’ target setting, sales planning, sales activity, sales results and following up the business activity for the defined market areas in focus.
You will need to collaborate with all sales support functions to deliver a continuously improved customer satisfaction and high sales growth for the Energy Division.
You will work closely with a Sales Representative and deal with any sampling requirements that their customers may have as well as taking orders over the phone from them and generally dealing effectively with anything they need whilst in the field. - Ask for the Sale - be motivated for sales target with each customer to achieve/exceed weekly targets.
You will ensure that the company service level targets are met and managing compliance (Export Documentation) About the Team/Department The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full to our customers (retailers).
You should be familiar working with a CRM or ERP system.
You will also progress customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) enquiries for equipment spares and process sales orders for the complete range of company products, managing the return, the triage, quoting for the work, acknowledgement of orders received, liaison over delivery dates and organisation of worldwide shipments.
You will be focused on maintaining and improving the Sewage treatment works infrastructure to ensure our assets operate 24/7.
You will be responsible for designing complex jobs for work at our Sewage treatment works and ensuring any prerequisites are in place to allow work to be completed by the Field Technicians.
You will be trusted as a technical authority, balancing innovation with safety, compliance, and manufacturability. Key Responsibilities - Lead mechanical and electrical engineering activities supporting the detailed design and development of commercial-scale production lines
