You will understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring all properties comply with statutory requirements (e.g., Building Safety Act, HSE, Fire Safety Order, Gas Safety Regulations, Electrical Safety Standards, Legionella, Asbestos, Lifting Operations, HHSRS).

You will gain hands-on experience working on a live construction site, supporting the commercial, procurement, and administrative functions of the project.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and supply chain, gaining exposure to real-world construction processes from procurement through to final accounts.

You will support seamless communication, excellent customer service, and effective fleet management in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide telephone support to clients, managing fleet availability and recovery plans. Handle and resolve breakdowns, incidents, defect reports, and service status updates.

You will be covering customers in the Australasia, South Africa and New Zealand territory, with regular travel for up to 4/5 weeks at a time every 3/4 months.

You will possess good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles such as Relevant Lift Codes i.
