You will liaise on a daily basis with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including our homeowners, Lodge Managers, internal teams such as sales and finance, contractors and suppliers. Occasionally, you may be required to visit retirement developments across the country, so you’ll need a driving licence and be willing to travel.

You will deal with all aspects of administration relating to property sales, transfers and rentals.

You will liaise with people at all levels using various communication methods in a diligent and professional manner to provide a first-class customer service at all touchpoints.

You will be based from our stunning Ringwood Head Office, playing a key role in the business, ensuring that our customers receive the highest standards of service. You’ll be organising the workload of the Customer Services Technicians and keeping our COINS database up to date with real time information.

You will be focused on your continuous professional development to stay updated with current legislation, alert to changes and to ensure that Churchill remain compliant with regulators (RICS / NAEA),

You will take steps to communicate and embed changes within the team.

You will evidence good all-round technical knowledge, adept in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard (V Lookup/Pivot tables).
