You will assist the Store Manager in leading and training the team to achieve performance targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing stock management and cash handling. The ideal candidate is ambitious, passionate, and results-driven with a strong ability to motivate others.

You will be based in store and report to the store manager.

You will work on the shop floor and spend your time building great relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs to find the right product or service for them.

You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will be able to interact easily with a broad range of customers.

You will be a natural promoter of customer service excellence, responsible for the customer’s journey and experience instore, ensuring that customers return time and time again.

You will coordinate bid activity from the opportunity stage through to submission, taking ownership of smaller bids and defined elements of larger, more complex tenders.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and be the driving force behind your team; coaching and developing them to fulfil their potential whilst setting them up for success to achieve their goals.
