You will have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation. A natural talent and passion for hospitality and an amazing people manager with a flair for talent spotting. Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.

You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies, and be legally liable, amongst others, for the safety of personnel on site and the infrastructure's structural integrity.

You will receive an attractive standby allowance and call-out payment on top of a market aligned base salary.
