You will report directly to the Head of Metalshop (Director), escalating major decisions, complex fabrication challenges, and creative technical solutions as required.

The main aspects of the role - - Leading a team of outstanding Patient Advisors to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients - Ensuring that all colleagues have the right support in place to excel and develop their skills

You will work closely with your team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop essential life skills and achieve their goals. Please note this role requires a minimum of eight sleep-in shifts per month.
