You will lead the end‐to‐end housing solutions journey from triage and Homelessness assessment to statutory reviews and resettlement support including Afghan and Ukraine schemes and asylum pathways.

You will lead housing allocations and temporary accommodation services at a time of acute demand, with over 1,100 households in TA and significant nightly‐paid usage. You'll manage statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, oversee multi‐disciplinary teams and budgets, and drive innovation in procurement and service delivery.

You will lead on governance, compliance and performance assurance, advise Members and senior leaders, and co-author the Housing Strategy and key policies. You'll refresh the HRA Business Plan, negotiate management fees, and shape business cases for investment and regeneration balancing the HRA and external grants to maximise affordable homes while maintaining quality.

You should have a minimum of a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification as you will be required to teach the classes offered at the centre.
