You will play a key role in inspiring staff, supporting children's development, and building strong relationships with parents. Key Responsibilities
You will be CQC registered, confident working within regulation, and focused on creating a safe, well-led service where residents and staff feel supported.
You will be fully supported by a dedicated Operations Manager and an established on-site leadership and support team, including a Deputy Manager, nursing team, Administrator and housekeeping staff.
You will be a qualified accountant, (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), with at least three years PQE and experience of working in a company/divisional finance role (with first hand experience of preparing budgets/forecasts) seeking a role with a level of autonomy and responsibility. Confidence to challenge the business is key to succeed in this role.
You will work closely with a wide range of clinical and professional disciplines in order to deliver holistic care by completing assessments of new admissions to Dunes ward and managing their treatment and ensuring safe discharges back to the community.
