You will be guided through these tasks by a Project Manager using our business and project management processes and guidelines. Some of these activities include: Delivery of small projects with full responsibility of budgets, timescales and meeting the requirements to agreed targets.

You will support young people with daily routines, maintain accurate recording and reporting, and complete essential home and young person paperwork.

You will learn to complete risk assessments, care plans and document checks.

You will regularly lead shifts, complete weekly home checks, support managers, deputies and senior staff, and occasionally assist other homes in a shift-leading capacity.
