You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
You will be working as an Operations Technician on a temporary assignment of approximately six months, based at the Inverness site.
You will ensure a seamless process for both employees and the managers.
You should be educated to National 5 qualification (or equivalent), and able to support employees and managers in understanding HR transactional processes, ensuring adherence and compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
You will assist the Service Delivery Manager implement and maintain effective systems of accountability, quality assurance and performance management, ensuring all personal support plans are monitored and reviewed within statutory timescales.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
You must have relevant qualifications at SCQF level 5 and above and previous experience of community-based work with young people and / or young adults.
