You will be responsible for broadcast engineering, real-time media operations, and the continuous improvement of live content workflows across studio, on-site, and hybrid environments.

You will lead technical delivery with a strong sense of ownership, protecting live performance through robust system design, disciplined execution, and resilient architecture.

You will be involved in a variety of projects on site and be the focus from an electrical point of view of good H&S awareness, PPM systems and process improvement on site. Ongoing training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long-standing group.

You will work 4 on 4 off, the shifts available are: - Days 6am to 6pm (12hrs shift)

You will work quickly and accurately, following instructions and procedures in place on-site, as well as communicating effectively with other team members. Experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse or a Factory Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
