You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will liaise with shippers, hauliers, warehouses, and airlines to ensure a smooth and efficient export process. The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive communication, and a solid understanding of export procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with US shippers to confirm shipment readiness.

You will work from home for digital tasks and travel across Essex, Southend, and Thurrock, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

You will also collaborate with internal and external partners on work-related road safety initiatives and contribute to developing new courses aligned with Vision Zero.
