You will be able to demonstrate the following key knowledge, skills, behaviours and experience:Minimum of two years experience supporting survivors of sexual violence. Demonstrable experience of working in a strengths based, trauma informed way. Experience of building a rapport with survivors of abuse in an trusting, empathetic way whilst maintaining own personal boundaries.
You will be required to work with groups of pupils across Key Stages, supporting within the classroom with day to day activities helping the class teacher. We have full time and part time positions available, working hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
