You will be a competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and have strong interpersonal skills. - Be able to communicate with stakeholders at different levels. - You may be required to participate in the Winter and Summer Standby rota.

You will be responsible for the processing of data and financial information to a variety of departmental systems, cash handling, distribution of mail, filing, word processing and assisting with the delivery of an efficient and effective support service.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You will provide management and leadership to administrative and clerical staff and contribute to the implementation of strategy and will have specific responsibility for the management of non-clinical services. The role is based at Kirklands Headquarters in Bothwell. Hybrid working is supported with a minimum 2 days per week on site (more on site working may be required to meet service needs).
