You will be doing with a significant of low volume, bespoke orders as well as the high-volume orders. Therefore a creative and problem solving mindset is essential. Supervise technical assembly activities, safeguarding quality standards and ensuring all specifications and procedures are followed.
You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
You will play a vital part in ensuring our repairs service remains competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with Thrive’s commitment to delivering quality homes and excellent customer experiences.
You will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.
