You will take end-to-end ownership of medium-to-large strategic or change projects, ensuring structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with senior leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, establish plans, manage interdependencies, and oversee implementation to completion.
You will shape the mechanical strategy and technical approach for major MEP schemes typically valued between £50m-£100m, and then support a smooth transition into construction. This role is ideal for a Senior Mechanical PM who enjoys influencing how complex projects are won, set up and executed - not just delivering what has already been designed.
You will work closely both with the Office Leader for London and local HR & Operations leadership, to support the delivery of their local goals for the office environment, and employee experience, the LAB Operations Senior Director and the rest of the LAB Operations Leadership Team, to deliver LAB-wide projects and improvements for the benefit of all offices.
