You will work alongside other colleagues to support and embed a fully integrated Quality Assurance & Performance Management Framework within Children’s Services to ensure strong performance and continual improvement within operational teams.
You should already be working at Assistant Manager level or higher within a medium to large operation. The people we are looking for will have the ability to manage a number of priorities at the same time; will be able to build, lead and motivate staff and have a passion for the leisure and cultural services and events.
You will have full oversight of the homes and be responsible for service improvement and quality assurance within them. Key Responsibilities of a Opereations Manager: Managing operations within the homes in order to reach or exceed goals. Ensuring the provision of high-quality care.
You will also line manage Neurodiversity and Reading Specialists and promote corporate values and compliance throughout the department.
