You will meet with the team on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure that the team are supported in line with our spirit values.

You will empower your team, ensuring they become subject matter experts with a supreme level of product knowledge on all aspects of the facilities and the customers’ needs.

You must be able to commit to working rotating weekly shifts – 6am – 1:30pm (Mon - Fri) 1:30pm-9pm (Mon-Fri) and 9pm-6am (Mon-Fri) I'm looking for candidates who have experience operating MBO or Stahl folders. However other finishing experience such as Polar guillotines, Heidelberg Cylinders, Heidelberg Stitchers will also be considered as full training is provided.
