You will work closely with the customer’s MilCAM and MRP Part 145 Line Maintenance organisation on site and with the Airbus and other external EASA Part 145 base maintenance organizations, to ensure contractual targets and service levels are achieved.
You must be flexible to work on call 1 week per month approx.
You will also collaborate with the Projects Team to implement equipment modifications, ensuring efficiency is maintained within cleanroom and controlled environments. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment. You will be qualified to HNC level or higher in an Electrical, Electronic or Control Engineering discipline, however proven industry experience backed up by a recognised engineering apprenticeship will be considered.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a track record of accomplishing your objectives, working proactively, and managing your own time effectively.
You will provide technical project management input, and become an engineering point of contact working in wider project teams.
You will be able to own project tasks and deliverables, responsible and committed to ensure that agreed project deliverables meet the requirements.
You will need to have completed a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or have a higher education qualification (such as a ONC, HNC, HND or degree) in a related subject.
You will also be required to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with your peers and other departments and to maintain a high standard of record keeping as required by our stringent quality systems.
You will bring a breadth of experience and proven track record integrating Vision Systems and Automated inspection solutions, ideally using Cognex and Keyence, programming in C / C# and knowledge of code readers is required.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a track record of accomplishing your objectives, working proactively, and managing your own time effectively.
