You will need to achieve, or be working towards, a minimum 2:2 in a degree based on electrical principals, such as Mechanical/Electrical/Power Systems Engineering or a closely related degree discipline. It doesn't matter when you graduated or if you are currently working towards your qualification.

You will be asked to provide evidence of this in your application.

You will handle both reactive and planned maintenance, manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using MaintainX, and coordinate with contractors to ensure machinery is serviced and operating safely.

You will support the production team, contribute to improvement projects, and participate in our Out of Hours Call Out rota, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.

You will take ownership of a substantial, multi-disciplinary engineering function within a rapidly growing organisation delivering complex, safety-critical electronic systems.

You will lead through a team of experienced engineering managers and senior functional leaders, shaping how engineering operates today and how it must evolve for the future.
